The best way to evaluate your AuthorsDen web site is to think like a Reader/Buyer. By considering how readers gain access to your site we can reach out and expand these doorways creating your own Online Funnel!

Most readers access AuthorsDen by one of three ways:
1. Search Engine Results (keyword searches)
2. AuthorsDen Home Page
3. Links on other websites and in e-mail signatures.

Gain Exposure from Search Engine Results!
There are two main ways to gain exposure from search engine results.

Use keywords with everything you post on AuthorsDen. Login and click "My Keywords" in your Gold Member Tools.

Create an "online funnel" by increasing your number of works related to your books posted on AuthorsDen. We recommend posting an article each week,  at minimum each month. We also submit your page to search engines helping you create your "online funnel" of articles leading Readers to your Book and Buy Pages.

*This proven method can increase both reader traffic and book sales. Its similar to having an article written about you by the media which links back to your AuthorsDen pages, the difference is you are writing about key points, using keywords to attract Readers to learn more to purchasing your book.

Gain Exposure from AuthorsDen Home Page!
There are two main ways to gain exposure on AuthorsDen home page and other top level pages on AuthorsDen.

1. Upload a current photo of yourself.  Photos are required to feature somebody or books. Login and click My Photo, then Upload.

2. Post something new (book, news, article, story, poem) at least once a week so you have new information featured on our Home Page and top level pages.

*Please note each time a Gold Member posts or updates their bio that item or update features the author more.

Gain Exposure through Links and Email Signatures!
There are three main ways to gain exposure though links on other sites and in your email signature.

1. "Buy Book" links provide quick ways for people to buy your book as they place potential buyers on your "Buy Book" page!

*For your link click the "Buy Now" button in the Bookstore. Please add your book to the bookstore first. Login and click My Bookstore for more information

Share My Den Storage links to provide access to downloadable files like excerpts, audio files of interviews, or a recording of you talking about your book. Login and click "My Den Storage!" and upload files online to link to into your emails, websites and press releases.
