The 9 LIVES Trilogy, a Moms’ Choice Award Winning Young Adult Series, is raising awareness of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders and opening minds and dialogues to prevent teen alcohol and drug abuse. Through these companion books, The 9 LIVES Trilogy: Learning Opportunity Guide (Teachers’ and Students’ Editions), students analyze and evaluate the impact that their choices and behaviors have on their health and lives, and the potential impact on their parents, future children, and community.

The Learning Opportunity Guide Teachers’ Edition provides middle school teachers and home schooling parents with a variety of activities designed to meet behavioral objectives in eighth grade health education as established by the State of Washington.
