So how do authors acquire the key to publication and movie productions? The multimillion dollar question.
A story running towards a six week deadline for the second signed book for publication by Kensington Books, 'Hot Stuff' was created in nine days by Flo Fitzpatrick, to ultimately see the story flow through to the development stages of movie production with Vic Armstrong as the director, and Josette Perrotta of '300' & 'The Mummy' movies as the executive producer.
Kensington Books N.Y. signed Fitzpatrick to two books, the first to be published was 'Ghost of a Chance' with the second book 'Hot Stuff' contracted to follow.
The road for 'Hot Stuff' not only ran towards a deadline for publication but then turned towards adaptation to screenplay by L.A.'s Dan Guardino and faced all the hurdles the movie industry is renowned for.
Along the way hurrican winds threatened to wash 'Hot Stuff' to shore as wet soggy flotsom. It was then that Adam Zacharius of Kensington Publication Corporation reached out and reclaimed the option for film production to guide the production onwards as the producer.
By this time passion and belief in Flo Fitzpatrick's story was claiming the hearts of all and telling a story of its own.
The Bollywood action/adventure 'Hot Stuff' has the spirit to be one of those stories that goes 'from dreams to movie screens'. Why? Because the heart of the author rises from within the story to give 'Hot Stuff' a spirit of its very own.
