Cognizant of the financial constraints of many of the school systems throughout the country, Michael conducts literary events at both K-8 elementary and high schools throughout the region, free of charge. The events include readings from his novel, Christmasville; discussions of literary devices and conventions that he often employs in his novels and short stories; anecdotes, regarding some of his experiences on the book-signing circuit; elements of the "Ten Fun Facts"; and, Q & A.
