| For years, you've suggested I "write for Hallmark." Now, I have. Please visit the website and check out my card. More importantly, buy several for your guy friends and family members and spread the word! In April 2010, my card may be chosen to be placed in Hallmark stores and whenever Hallmark cards are sold, come June 21, 2010. Thanks, as always, for your support. |

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Texas City’s Own Jill Eisnaugle Selected as Winner in Hallmark’s “Birthday His Way” Greeting Card Contest
Texas City residents and fans can view Eisnaugle’s entry online
Texas City, Texas (November 2, 2009) — After a search for
funny, serious or endearing birthday wishes for guys , Hallmark
is announcing 30 winners in the company’s
seventh card-creation competition, “Birthday His Way,”
including Jill Eisnaugle from Texas City. The Hallmark
competition encouraged consumers to submit their designs
or photos with a birthday message for a man.
Winners’ cards are being sold online at
Hallmarkcontests.com.
“This is our seventh card contest, and our Hallmark
shoppers keep on sending us amazing cards,”
said Theresa Murphy, Hallmark associate product manager.
“We wanted great cards to send the men in our lives and the submissions were outstanding! It was hard to choose just 30!”
Hallmark creative staff judged the cards on
cohesiveness (how well the image and
the message work together), sendability
(could be sent by lots of different people ),
and how well the entry fits the contest theme (cards for guys).
The 30 winners hail from a variety of locales across the
U.S., including Texas City. Eisnaugle’s winning card design
was of a chicken and beer with an inside verse that expresses
“What men want.” For being a winner, Eisnaugle wins $250.
On Nov. 2, all of the winners’ designs will go on sale online at Hallmarkcontests.com. Several of the winners’
cards will be selected for sale in stores in summer 2010.
