Cat lover and author of historical romance, Grace Elliot's latest blog entry recounts the true story of The Earl of Southampton in the Tower of London.

Arrested for treason and dragged through the streets of London, The Earl of Southampton in imprisoned in the Tower of London. But his cat Trixie saw everything and followed, finding his cell and popping down an unlit chimney to join him at this desperate time.
