In the UK its World Book Week from 4th-10th October.

Booktrust World Book Week

Introducing books to children can be great fun, and World Book Week is a good opportunity to get involved. I will be visting the local schools that have helped to create "Ole And Zac And The Port Of Tumbattle". If you are planning any events don't forget to inform Booktrust at education.booktrust.org.uk.
