I am working on a new series of videos to help teachers use my  Simple Steps to Sentence Sense  books. This series of grammar workbooks is used by students throughout the United States and several foreign countries.

I used the steps in Simple Steps to Sentence Sense with my high school students for over 34 years, and now I have editions for high school students, middle school students, and elementary and ESL students. If you have tried to use a standard grammar text lately, you know it can be overwhelming. Even if you do figure out where to begin, the practice exercises often contain sentences that are difficult and confusing to students.

My books are different. Each one contains carefully constructed sentences that incorporate only the elements that have been introduced to that point in the program. This eliminates the frustration students and teachers often feel while using a standard textbook.

To help teachers and students use the books more effectively, I am preparing a short, informative instructional video for each step.
