Carolyn Howard-Johnson, author of "This is the Place" and "Harkening: A Collection of Stories Remembered" will be Interviewed on "Connie Martinson Talks
Books."

"Connie Martinson Talks Books," is a cable TV show dedicated to books and authors. Described as a "talk show host who actually reads the books," Connie Martinson has interviewed, among others, Sidney Sheldon, Norman Mailer, Gloria Steinem and Vice President Al Gore in candid, one-on-one conversations.

Howard-Johnson's first novel, "This is the Place," has won eight awards and "Harkening," published in November 2003, has already won three. The corrosive nature of subtle intolerance is a recurring theme in this author's work.

Connie Martinson Talks Books airs in most major cities.
