Senior Times magazine, with Editor Patricia Behnke, wins award

Senior Times magazine of Gainesville, Florida, was awarded General Excellence in October, 2005, from SAPA, Southeastern Advertising Publishers Association, representing 12 southeastern states.

Publisher Charlie Delatorre praised his entire staff for this prestiguous award and noted that the hiring of Patricia Behnke as editor in March of 2005 has rounded out the excellence of the magazine to include its editorial content as well as advertising and art production departments.

Patricia Behnke is the Contributing Editor for Tower Publications which publishes Senior Times monthly in Gainesville and Ocala. She is also editor for the Our Town magazines published quarterly.

In addition to her duties as editor, she is also a contributing feature writer and columnist for both publications.
