The New England Air Museum hostedt its seventh annual Women Take Flight event November 6th. The program featured extraordinary women who have pioneered new careers for women in aviation and aerospace engineering. Special guests shared their experiences one-on-one with Museum visitors, at presentations, and at panel discussions. Impersonators portrayed famous women aviators from bygone eras. The women presented opportunities they now have working in the aviation and aerospace industries while seeing examples of their work in the Museum’s collection. Nina Anderson was among the aviatrix that were present to inspire the young girls.
