Dedakis' second Lark Chadwick mystery is riveting in every way. It's ultimately readable. It flows easily over the eyes while reaching out and trapping the senses. Just when you think you've got the next step figured out, Dedakis throws in a twist. The end was an exciting and unexpected - a true stunner. I had four other possibilities in mind and his ending came out of the blue. This book is so good I recommend you don't read it while commuting...because you'll miss your stop! Buy it today and call in sick tomorrow!
