| The surprising power of one article was brought home as the story was picked up by magazine after magazine. |
When they called to set up an interview for the Ankeny Magazine, I was pleased. All went well and any publicity is good when you want your name before possible readers. The article titled "Author battles 'Arthur'" detailed my 35 year struggle with Rheumatoid Arthritis that left me with fingers curled into fists and how I used a pencil and knuckle at my computer to write my three novels. (Righteous Revenge, Ruth Fever and Jena's Choice) The story was well written and I was pleased with the positive tone and the pictures used. Several months later I discovered the article was reprinted in Hospice, Senior, and Community magazines throughout the Des Moines, Iowa area. Because of this unexpected publicity I have been asked to mentor a blind author working on his first novelle and to speak with a senior citizens group interested in my experience with 'Arthur' and my novel writing. I am looking forward to further results of this long reaching magazine article. Beverly J Scott Word wizard and wise woman
