Simply Medicare Part "D"
All recipients of Medicare Part "A" and Medicare Part "B" with or without Medicaid must enroll or will be enrolled through Medicare or Medicaid.
Now is the time to make a choice and the most important criteria is that YOUR doctor is in the Network of the Insurance Company you choose.
January 1,2006, the Prescription Drug Benefit, Part "D" will be in effect.
Prevent confusion. Based on your Doctor's Choice of Insurance Network, choose the Insurance Company he/she prefers. Why? The doctor writes your prescription and is knowledgeable of which Insurance Company is the best choice for your personal needs.
If possible, try to find Part "D" Prescription Drug coverage with an Insurance company offering ZERO premium and ZERO co-pay for Doctor visits.
The approximate charge for Part "D" = +/-$32.00 and deductibles and additional benefits based on the Insurance Product you choose.
