Moments that captured my heart

March 20, 2007

As I lay my head to rest, upon my pillow

A silent tear I shed

that only You, my Lord did see

the moments of my life

Flashed before my eyes

those thoughts that

Captured my heart

Of events that

Are in the past of my life

to find myself in need

Of Your constant care

that life will once more

Bring the warmth of sunshine

Of the joy of life

to give You thans again

for each new day ahead
