Wild Fires Burn
If I slipped a rose on your pillow
Would you remember me, or run to me
Heaven knows our destiny
My heart sings to heavens song
Hush my mind be still, for in my heart how I long
To taste the nectar of your lips
Like the purest honey drips
To catch the light within your loving stare
And watch you move without a care
Nectar of my heart bow sings
Diamonds, glisten among the rings
Sensual be thy thoughts of you
And all the little things you do
Dance for me, among the river tide
As we watch the morn subside
Silence dwells within my mind
As I listen to the wind swept chimes
To hold you in my loves embrace
And breathe you in, but not in hast
Wild fires burn inside of me
You are the love that flows in thee
