WOL 1450 AM, owned and operated by Radio One, has invited Author Robert Leon Davis to do a weekly radio show on its flagship station,WOL 1450 AM, broadcast out of Washington D.C.
Robert Davis is the author of COP OUT, Legal Minds, and the soon to be release "Running Scared ". The authors' memoir, COP OUT, details the time he spent as a former New Orleans Police Officer thirty years ago who committed a crime while on the job and became one of Louisiana's longest running fugitive. He spent a total time of twenty-two years on the run while living in various forests, woods, and cities. He surrendered to the authorities in 2001. (1979-2001)
Today, Mr. Davis is one of the leading authorities on rogue cops; divulging their illegal tactics and secret procedures. He travels the country exposing bad cops and warns the public how one can defend themselves constitutionally against such officers. He has dedicated his life to exposing police corruption nationally.
He will co-host the show "Watch The Cop" with long-time radio talk show host Bernie Mc Cain. The show will broadcast every Tuesday afternoon at 5;00p.m. Eastern, 4;00p.m Central time.
The show will feature tips to the public dealing with such important issues as, "What to do when arrested", when can the police stop you", what is probable cause", illegal stops and searches, police brutality issues, and the powers of police officers.
