W. Bryan Smith's short story "What is Missing" is featured in the current issue of Conte: A Jouranl of Narrative Writing (Volume V, Issue I).

The Editors describe "What is Missing" as a tale that "leads us down a path of obsession, less troubling for its peculiar nature than for the sheer force of will (Smith) imbues it with."
