Universoul aka Christopher D. Sims will host an open mic at Rockford Public Library's main branch in the heart of downtown Rockford, IL.

Universoul aka Christopher D. Sims will host an open mic at Rockford Public Library on Monday May 6th, 2002.

As part of the Rockford Public Library's ongoing open mic series and poetry slam, Universoul will be host of the library's open mic series for his first time, but it is not his first time ever hosting an open mic. Universoul is active in the Rockford Public Library's open mics and has competed in two poetry slams held there.

Universoul is Rockford Illinois' reigning First Night Celebration Poetry Slam champion.
