NEW Z.B.MCCLURE BOOK:
In March I was asked when I was going to come out with a new book. so-
for those of you who have been patiently waiting...
I am offically announcing the conception, and soon to be arrival, of my fourth book.
My neice Faith has been battling cancer since last July, and she has been such a brave little girl - I am dedicating this book to her. In fact, I decided to use a photo I had taken of her just before we discovered she had Leukemia, for my cover. So, yeh, this is a deeply personal project.
The Lord has been incredibly merciful to my six-year-old neice and her large family, and I think we've all learned and grown through this trial. A LOT.
My writting is intensely personal. Many of them are written when inner wounds are still fresh and raw...I battle sharing them with the world - you know what I mean.
I'm am presently editing over 30 of my best poems, shaping them up to best reflect my heart so that perhaps my readers will be encouraged, challenged and even tickled a little in their hearts..
And if you want to let anyone else know my new book is nearly ready, I won't get mad at you. : )
Anyone come to mind right now who could use a word of encouragement? Maybe a dad or mom who are feeling beat, and would be really helped to be reminded that they are not alone?
Maybe someone you're worried about, concerned they might take the easy way out of their trials - just plain throw the towel in? In the town just north of here, a young 17 year-old man gave up, and checked out of this life- never leaving a note to explain why. His poor family is reeling now from this tragedy.
If you are looking for something to read that will encourage you after reading the morning paper, or watching the evening news...consider securing a copy of my new book. Details will be shared in the weeks to come. May God bless you.
Hoping you have a great day! And if you don't?
Stay in there. Don't give up. The sun will come out again!
