Art As Therapy

I have had an essay accepted for publication in the journal War, Literature & the Arts.

I have the good fortune of announcing that my essay, Art As Therapy: The Biography of a Novel, has been accepted for publication by the international journal War, Literature & the Arts, edited by Professor Donald Anderson in the English department at the US Air Force Academy.

The essay will appear in the "Commentary" section of the journal's upcoming issue at the end of this year. The essay is an account of how and why I wrote my novel The Second Tour. Alongside the essay, the journal will run an excerpt from the novel as well as an advertisement.

I don't know what more a writer could ask for by way of promotion. Upon publication, I will post the essay here in my Articles section.
