5.0 out of 5 stars Touching adventure story that will make you laugh, cry and think, February 17, 2012
The name Serpentauria is really cool, when you say the name you think of some real cool place hidden in a jungle somewhere with make believe creatures or something like that occur. Well this book really got me because this place, The SDO can really exist I think this is the first time I have read a book with illustrations of what the place can be or really look like, this made me imagine that I was really there. I want to go to Serpentauria someday and hang out. The other cool twist was the birth of Willow and the character Sara passion to save her I was touched. This book makes you laugh and cry and takes you on a adventure of a lifetime I hope there will be more books to follow because I am totally hooked.

5.0 out of 5 stars Story telling at its best, Bravo!!!, February 16, 2012
I really like sci fi fiction/fantasy books like Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Ranger's Apprentice, etc..., and I'm very loyal. The problem I've had in the past was there are too many copied fantasy series too similar to already established series (i.e. coming-of-age boy just finding out he's a wizard, or adventurers with a dwarf and elf, and all these books about vampire or werewolf or some sort of paranormal monster - thanks to the Twilight series I suspect, etc...) What's real cool about Serpentauria Ark of Extinction is has the bases of real science and today's issues even though it is pure fiction, or is it I will let you guess
It takes me a while to warm up to a new book, so once I find a series or new book , I stick with it. I downloaded this book to my kindle because the name Serpentauria intrigued me - I figured I had nothing to lose, and I'm happy I did. Serpentauria Ark of Extinction is a very well written original story that kept me guessing throughout the entire book. I didn't know who the main protagonist was until I was well into the book, and just when I thought I was jaded to any plot-twist, the twist at the end - it made perfect sense! How could I have missed it!
I don't want to give away the story, all I'm saying is that if you like action packed fiction/ fantasy with a little political intrigue/conspiracy, then you will really like this book.
