How to do what no one else can..., August 5, 2009   I liked the fact that this book helps us beginners as well as the more experienced. I began using her ideas over a year ago. Now I'm rereading it. I am at a place in my work where I am a little more experienced in promoting. Lately, I've been picking up on her ideas that flew way over my head when I first read the book. I would recommend this book as a "have-to-have" for beginning writers, publishers and/or promoters. "Psychology journals are full of information about the fear of success or rejection." Her words. I think most writers walk with the fear of rejection when it comes to promoting our work. I'm thinking if there is no fear there is no passion. Writers got to have passion to inspire our readers. Carolyn has got more than passion. She has a great smile. She is generous with her time. She is not afraid to put herself out there for the sake of others.
