An epilepsy book from a personal perspective - Epilepsy you're Not Alone

Posted February 12, 2002, 12:01 PM EST: This book is an excellent self-help book from the perspective of someone who has epilepsy. All too often in books about epilepsy the point of view is that of a physician who personally does not deal with epilepsy on a day-to-day basis. It's nice to read what fellow epileptics have done in order to better cope with epilepsy. The personal accounts are inspirational.
