Campervan Capers blog fans will no doubt be on tenterhooks by now, waiting to hear a date for the launch of the travel book by the same name... right?

Well, have no fear!  The Campervan Capers book, about the author's first year exploring the world of campervanning with her partner, is still on track for publication very soon.

Written by Alannah Foley, the book is a light-hearted yet practical travel tale, and the manuscript is now at the stage where it needs a few finishing touches before it’s ready for formatting...  All in all, its release is set for around the end of April/ start May 2012.

So, to ‘keep the wolves from the door’, Alannah has published a short light-hearted tale called The Welsh Leek Conspiracy.  This is an extract adapted from the book and is downloadable for free in a variety of formats – for eReaders or home printing.
