I find myself contemplating on "Peace". A word to describe comfort, a calmness, a blessed assurance that all is well. Lord it is a precious fruit of Thy Holy Spirit. A word that I cherish in my heart. To be at peace and to rest in Your love. In Peace I find comfort to endure. I find myself one with Thee.
The world knows not of this peace, it is only in You that we find true peace. Peacefully each day I observe beautiful doves that surround my life. Each is so tender and there is perfect harmony.
Help us a people to know Thy ways and show us Your peace. There is perfect harmony in Thy creation.
We live in tense, anxious times. It is now that stress related illnesses have reached epidemic proportions. Isaiah 43 reveals the love and care of the One whose Spirit lives in us.
"Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you be name: you are mine. When you pass through the water, I will be with you; in the rivers you shall not drown. When you walk through fire, you shall not be burned; the flames shall not consume you. For I am the Lord, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your savior." (Isaiah 43: 1-3)
May we Your people search Your ways. Show us how to love and give us Your peace.
