Hello,
I'm very busy raising an eight year old grandson who has cerebral palsy and is blind in one eye.
I'm editing several novels and have completed two illustrated poetry books. Currently I'm looking for interested publishers.
Would love to keep in touch with everyone who enjoys my poetry but there is never enough time. If you'd like updates on what's going on, you'll find it here.
Love,
Sandy

Hi,
We've met with those involved in Doogie's education, he was measured for a cane and we bought a new 25' RV.
First: Doogie will continue to attend his regular school with the assistance of a full time aide, extended hours in special ed and with his blind teacher and allowed extra time to eat plus a separate, safer, recess.
Second: Doogie will use a loaner cane until his own arrives (it has to be ordered). Everyone will be informed that he is blind to protect Doogie from harm. He will also have separate gym classes.
Third: We have traded our '96 22' Wilderness RV for a brand new 25' Wilderness RV that we'll pick up tomorrow. All of us enjoy comping and it's important for all of us to continue doing the things we enjoy.
Also, for those who read my poems, I've posted several more serious ones: Remarkable and Let Memories Cascade plus some humorous ones: Car Nation, Paradox, Cat A Log, Long Johns, Prissy Puddles and Cracker Jacks. Still no time to read . . . sorry, but do let me know what you think if you have the time and stop by.
I'll be another year older (a Labor Day baby) come the next newsletter . . . hope it won't make a difference :)!
Keep in touch and take care. My guys are calling for my company :)!
Love,
Sandy
