. Un poema en la memoria de Jean Charles, un londinense brasileño.

un lingüista aplicado de la paz de Brasil

El dejó Brasil hace seis años
A su familia dijo adiós
Quiso vivir en Inglaterra muchos años,
Pero en Londres él murió.

Él quiso cruzar un puente
Entre Inglaterra y Brasil
Su viaje se cortó de repente
Su corazón se detuvo al fin.


Su muerte fue causada por el temor
y la adversidad del terror inculcado
De otra cultura gozaba encantado
Pero su libertad no alcanzó a ser mejor

Una víctima de la falibilidad
Que todas las instituciones humanas tienen
Jean-Charles no ha muerto en vano
Permitamos que el mundo sepa
que nos preocupamos por él, nuestro hermano
