I have had some really good meetings this week with people who are interested in doing whatever they can to help those affected by Hurricane Katrina. Admittedly, there is little I can do, but I am willing to work with whoever I can to make sure that SOMETHING is done.

One Life Inc., a non-profit organization based out of Jackson, MS is just the kind of group that will make sure that no one is overlooked when it comes to relief efforts.

After talking to the co-founders, Kym Luckett and Jacqueline Samuels, this week it has been decided that after the benefit cookout this weekend, our two organizations will work together over the next six months to continue bringing attention to the needs of those displaced by Hurricane Katrina in Mississippi.
