So, I am hoping your February is going to be sweet. Valentine's Day is coming up quickly and it is a great time to celebrate all those you love.

Here on the party perch the birds have been insisting that it is spring. After a long hiatus after leaving the nest, I got to see Jack yesterday.

It was interesting because he was watching two bald eagles do their aerial mating dance. The view of the nest from my deck has been obscured a bit due to the growth of a couple of trees so I am going to have to find a new location to watch the new nesting activities but it was exciting especially after a tough week.

My sister and I will be working on a book about some of the issues we have faced since it has been a long, hard journey. Recently my body temperature plummeted to 95 degrees. In other ways I have improved but it makes it hard to function at times.

My trip to Thailand was delayed for a number of reasons. My friend's sister who lives in Thailand is dying of cancer which is why she wanted to go so quickly but an accident has made it impossible for her to travel for at least another month.

Realistically, March may be the month we go. Thanks to those of you who contributed to the trip as it will help make it possible.

We are still working on the updates for the ARKanimals website. I am also going to be revamping the newsletters and anticipate offering a weekly update instead of a monthly newsletter.

This means that we will be asking you for feedback in the near future. I have retired from pet training and will be focusing on animal behavior consulting by phone, with animal facilities or groups with the goal of having behavior, training and other information up at ARKanimals for access.

You might remember that we did some filming a while back and will use some of the footage as tutorials. My ebooks will be released on Kindle and if you are up for it, I will accept video footage for assessment and analysis.

Although the website is close to completion, it is still not ready to launch. However, it should be in the next couple of weeks and I am mostly happy with how it looks.

One of the more exciting happenings is that the local chamber of commerce has asked me to speak to their membership on March 26, 2013. My topic will be on resiliency and why an online presence is no longer optional but essential. The talk will share the story of how my Internet magazine and other efforts came about back in 1995 and evolved into today's businesses.

Other exciting news is that we are working with Google Trusted Photographers to help local businesses succeed. As well as being accepted as a Google Engage Agency. We will be completing their certification in the near future.

I've also partnered with a few other professionals around the nation. Chris will be conducting free Adsense audits for businesses who are investing $1,000 to $5,000 per month in their online advertising. Our expertise is to make those campaigns are more effective by generating leads.
