Happy Hello Dear Readers!!
The advent of Spring beckons the birds to call one another and plants to pop their heads above the soil. Ah, a lovely time of year it is. One of my author colleagues, Leann Marshall, has posted “April Sketch Notes.” Alongside others, she features one of my poems, FORTUNE'S SMILE. Check it out for yourself at http://www.leannmarshall.com/SketchNotes.html.

PROFESSIONAL REVIEWS
Choice Reviews: Social & Behavioral Sciences
"As its title clearly states, this book surveys the current status of Afghan women in the context of political instability, dire poverty, crippling social constraints, and the resurgence of Taliban influence. ... Summing Up: Recommended. [Two Stars] All levels/libraries." - - A. Rassam, emerita, CUNY Queens College
