The way of reality repair
|
By
Bill Cottringer
Seeing many realities,
Some Incorrectly,
Several Incompletely
More Wrongly,
Lots of illusions,
Even a few delusions,
Trying to fix broken ones,
Into what we want,
Without the needed tools;
Yet only one thing
Really needs fixing—
What we’re seeing,
From where we’re looking;
Ah, but the true value
Of the right perspective:
Seeing the few realities,
That really need fixing,
From the many that don’t.

A very insightful poem with a great message too. Change can come only inwardly, values nurtured by family, bred in the home before they are bred in the land. That is the real fixing.
