Zany Owl

Zany Owl

I study the picture
What do I see ?
Definitely an owl
Looking back at me.
Poor owl, I think
Has had one too many,
His head's on one side
And he appears rather zany.
He's kind of good-looking,
Or at least he would be,
If he'd uncross his eyes
When he looks at me.
He must have got caught
In thunder and lightening,
For his head to glow yellow.
He looks rather frightening !
If I look very closely
I think I can see,
Him uncross his eyes
As he winks at me.

Written about a picture of blue, yellow & black swirls.
