PONDERING...

I have been deeply troubled upon hearing about the Haitians that have lost their lifes in an attempt to escape from Haiti. These poor Haitians paid $500.00 per head to get a space in a very crowded man made wooden boat. Truly sad.

Pondering...
Upon the misfortunes of my native people
If I could...
I would wipe away all of their pain and suffering

Pondering...
On ways to make their life more meaningful
If I could...
I would  built a safe haven for all, a place where  food  and happiness is plentiful,  a place where children would spend their days  in a classroom instead of roaming the streets in search of a morsel of bread to take away  unrelenting hunger pangs.

Pondering...
Why so many people had to drown
If I could...
I would serve as their solid vessel so
they could have landed safely to shore

Pondering...
Why a land full of beautiful mountains and turquoise beaches
also overflows with children whose reddish hair and thin limbs
reveals the telltale sign of acute malnutrition
If I could...
I would do the miracle of the five loafs and two fishes

Pondering...
Upon life in general.  Asking why? Why? Why? Must things
be the way they are?
If I could...
I would put an end to all pain and suffering and all
pondering and wondering would come to a screeching halt!!!!!!!!!

Nicole words written from a heart filled with the compassion of Jesus, and I am deeply touched today, so from now on I will pray that each of these pondering thoughts, that God would divinely intervene on your behalf, and for my people too!

Thank you Nicole for sharing, and may God bless you!
