Sitting...

Alongside tomorrow.

Incandescent body

A moment borrowed.

 

Her past’s reflection

She struggles against.

Twinkling for a moment

Seconds shining...

 

Star light, star bright

I wish I may,

I wish I might

This day, this night.

 

Sitting...

Today and tomorrow.

Star light, star bright

Yesterday’s sorrow.
