As many of you know, the Japanese forms of haiku/senryu/tanka hold a special place in my heart.
I have been working in and studying these forms for more than 20 years and always find something new within them.
This particular haiku is written in the one line haiku style that the form was originally written in.
It is written in 12 syllables, which more closely approximates the number of onji or sound symbols employed in the haiku/senruy/tanka family.

Very imaginative. A relaxing feel to this stillness, where the imagination can flourish. Hugs,

Gorgeous visual! It amazes me how haikus tell such in-depth stories, with so very few words. Loved it!

Haiku will never go out of fashion so long as such
artists as you continue to capture those memorable moments.
I too enjoy writing one-line haiku. -gene.
