Leaders come in many dispositions

selfish or selfless

Exemplary or excusatory

Inspirational, or insincere

Leaders can be elevated by their good deeds

Dethroned by their hidden agendas

But all leaders should realize that before leadership can be birthed

They must go thru the process of testing, of separation, of denigration

They must experience shock and awe in front of their eyes,

 
Leaders must learn to recognize when deception is occurring behind their backs.

They must learn to take a loss seeing it as a blessing in disguise,

And for whatever reason

…traitors must tread of the Leaders’ hearts
before the true leadership morphs into the form...
designed only by YHWH—for only a Supreme Being
who gave a Savior to be sacrificed
for what others consider

as scum

understands what it feels like
to be pressed to the marrow.

THIS is the natural process of greatness…

to be spat upon & betrayed before rising to the top.
