ToLaugh&ToCry

I would prefer to laugh moreso than to cry. But both are a form release. We shouldn't be afraid to do either.

Macho so,
you don't know,
how to let go.
Men aren't suppose to cry,
but this I've learned to defy.
Ignoring human emotion,
can cause a negative commotion.

I prefer humor,
as opposed to a stress related tumor.
and if I feel like crying,
then I'll start crying.

I'm not ashamed of none of my human qualities,
or inequalities.
I acknowledge my weaknesses,
so that I can protect them with my toughnesses.

There's a time for macho,
and a time for nacho.

During my younger years,
I was ashamed to shed tears.
I'd fight a gorilla,
and almost be a killer,
before I'd get caught crying in Manilla.

Here in my olders years,
I'll go shed some tears,
before I let a Macho attitude,
get me put in solitude.

G
