Enchanting Dream Of A Snow Fairie

                                 ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

                Snow Fairie dream enchanting

Valley of the Forest Glen's magic

                Snow Fairie dancing gracefully

                Upon beautious snowflakes path

                Do follow quickly

                                  ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Enchanting dream of  a Snow Fairie

Eminetly twirls to and fro as the

              Forest creatures bestow greetings

Upon the Snow Fairie as she goes

                                 ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Into the Forest Glen, deeper still

A frozen pond, upon to skate

              Beautiful figure eight

              Snow Fairie dream mystic

              In the Forest Glen

                             ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Much as a maiden driven in blizzard

              Footprints in the Forest Glen

Briefly showing where she has been

To follow where she is going

One must hurry, lest the trail ends

                             ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

              Footprints snow covered

Walking in the peace of quiet

Snow Fairie flutters into flight of fancy

Enchanting Dream of a Snow Fairie

              Creatures of the Forest Glen

White winged snowy owl,  downy spotted fawn

In step 'n'  flight  of peace enchanting

Lady Mary Ann,
this poem brought me right to the Nutcracker Ballet, the dance of the snow fairies...I worked on that show and your poem is as enchanting as that ballet.

Lovely work,
