I wrote this the day after my son was born. He came to us almost 7 weeks early and didn't have a very good outlook, but the most interesting thing about it all was the actual time he was born... 1:43. My husband and I always motioned to each other 1-4-3 (I Love You). It was so unbelievable when we realized the time. |

My sweetness,
So small but oh what a wonderful sight
to see you here today.
So many fears, so much to think about,
my sweetness, my baby, my everything.
You were brought here so sudden.
We were so unprepared for everything happening,
but through family and love, hospital and help
we'll make it all work out completely.
Little by little gifts came for you,
Heartfelt sentiments and well wishes.
Prayers have been said, and I believe heard,
for here you are still with me, my sweetness.
You are wonderful, precious, and ours.
