A Fortune Cookie Reading

"Answer just what
your heart prompts you."

At a time of confusion,
these words bring a smile.
But I begin to look closer,
and mistrust even this line of cookie wisdom.

So at a time
of doubt,
I flip this
mini-fortune over,
to discover:

The first two
"lucky lotto numbers"
are the dates of our anniversary, 4 17.
