Mixed Ingredients
Life, not unlike the outer shell
of a cake, specifically used
ingredients, that form a base layer
to protect, yet bring sweet taste
upon cracking the outer case.
Protecting the inside substance
of soft creamy, rich, delightful setted
milky compound, that once is put to
the taste, usually favoured and savoured
by all who choose to indulge!
Atop the eye catching patisserie,
lay the sweet Berries, to enrich, to share
promoting good health, and togetherness
in their elixer, all who would partake, take time
to enjoy, blessed by this indulgence!
Life, can be compared to many things
I like the comparison here mentioned
as it fits, is strong, nutritious, sweet, healthy,
comes recommended, something to recall
when days are dull, till days are no longer..
