East Colfax Avenue runs a 1/2 block from my house. It has a reputation and works hard to keep it. At 26 miles in length, it is reported to be the longest main st in America. Denver, CO.

East Colfax Avenue

Opposition on the east side of town

Sirens left over from the night before

Donut cops with nowhere to go

Follow dead leads to a dead end street

Tinted windows roll down a crack

Money and something passed in and out

Baby cries from a second floor window

The sun sets and East Colfax lights up

It may be the longest "Main" steet, but sadly, every city has one just like it. Nicely done Dayvid, great to have you back. Dick
