born of paradox riddle of me
chaos & history a planetary
band & the dish ran away
the cursed hush for the mystery

words within worlds
in the riddle of the sands
who dashed the fiddle
suckled from a twin breast
the many one goddess
born of paradox & desire
eros & thanatos

& the shape of a dream morpheus
as though yesterday & tomorrow met
or eternal young were eternal old
or there were ever complete devotion
& obedience where mortal love
is as immortal or that mind stay -

Gift of Tongues

~*~ Robin... this Mystic Muse masterpiece of your charmed quivering
Quill, pens the Truths of Infinite Timeless Time. Time is entirely
a human conjured vapourous Illusion... fabricated in increments by
human vain self~importance based upon the aging and demise of human illusory karmically conjured biological mayic bodies of 'momentary' illusory flesh. The human mind conjuring up moments, calendars, appointments, schedules, TIME... all based upon the space the flesh body seems to occupy in the imagination. Many other illusory Worlds~ Universes~ Realms are happening in the exact same space at the same 'Time'. Infinite Realms of Karmas conjured, endlessly unfolding and fructifying. All are mind and desire~born binding Illusions. However, after Aeons of Cycles of 'births' and dire suffering, happily impelling us to finally Seek to become Free ~ Pure and Spiritually Illumined in Divine Infinite Immortal Timeless Ambrosial Bliss! ~*~ The picture above depicts three ancient languages. I can actually read the middle one which is in Sanskrit {Devinagri Script 'Language Of The Gods' of Hinduism's Ancient Sanatana Dharma, in which the sacred Vedic texts etc. are written}. The top one looks like Hebrew, and the bottom one seems to be Arabic. To contemplate the Mystery from whence ancient Languages and Scripts have sprung is a Wonder in Itself. ~*~ Much Love, Shivani ~*~

Esoteric and rune-like; tantric and metaphysical... it is moments like this that I wish I had spent more time stuffin my head with knowledge instead of gestating my own thoughts. Whatever... this is both compelling and mystifying even without the full comprehension of the Big Picture... and I can somehow here the sonorous tones of Richard Burton reading it... must be the wealth of long vowels... unless it's just me... probably. Fascinating, thank you. Kate x

A poetic offering that is deserving of much more than a single reading. Thank you for sharing this gift, Robin. Love and peace to you,

I'm sure I will get more out of this once I look into exactly what MA HA DEVI means, but for now I find this write an astonishing meditation on the balance between cosmic parallels. A very powerful and satisfying poem.

Greek personification of death and love, a dark/light balance god of dreams etched into this sand-like painting pic. You can place me right there, Robin, I am the Goddess of the hourglass! And so are the days of our lives, dashing the fiddle because its player knows not how to play! Nice scribe, my friend.

Many intriguing veils to this complex write, Robin. A wonderful weaving! Old Thanatos is best faced directly-- too unsettling for wee small folk to leave to Morpheus.
I look forward to learning a great deal reading your creations; your life blesses you with an interesting viewpoint, me thinks!
Peace,
Carolyn
