This is a poem written by my brother, Ricky Mills, prior to his death at age 12.
|
There was peace on Earth,
At its birth.
But things have changed,
Everything is rearranged.
Peace is gone,
Everything is wrong.
People did it,
But they won’t admit it.
If we help one another,
And work with each other,
We can change the Earth,
It can be a second birth.

Insightful poem, Arthur ... we can hope for change, and the best change starts at home with each of us.

| A fine poem; to die at 12 seems very cruel indeed. |
