Become a Fan

On the Emerald Isle of Ireland
There be

Many a tale
About fairies and magic

And among those
Yarns that have
Been passed down
Through the years
Is the one about
The Crying Crow.
It's said there be
A fair maiden
Who sits along
The beaches along
The Altantic Ocean's shore
Every night, regardless
Of the season.
The lass comes to
Sit and reflect
On her life
And as she

Pauses to take stock of
The family, friends and loves,

Experiences and mistakes
She's known over the years

Nearby a crow
Sits on a wooden post
Laments, shedding a tear
For all the
Hurt, pain, heartache,
Loss and regrets she's felt.
