As long as there is life in me, I'll dream about your smile.
As long as you are somewhere near me everything's worthwhile.
If nothing else makes sense in life's mysterious design,
As long as it's still beating you are in this heart of mine.
The odds of ever meeting you would stretch my human mind,
But somehow there was grace for me when love and chance combined
To bring me such a miracle, and have you be my friend.
I do not want for anything that Heaven did not send.
As long as I'm a dreamer I will see you in my heart.
A place where I can hold you close and never be apart,
So even if a time for us refuses to arrive,
I know that I will love you for as long as I'm alive.
