What if everything you knew turned out to be a lie? You find out that you aren’t even human—at least not entirely. What if, one day, you realize your world will never be..

The Pirate Shanti enters the 'Ed' wars
by ~ Chanti

Sunday, September 02, 2007
Not rated by the Author.

How could I resist? The Lone Lady Pirate enters the mix. I don't take sides but am in this to win... Arrrrrr

Be ye ready to surrender
Ye'll meet yer rope's end soon
Brethren of the Brothers Ed
very soon ye'll all be dead
Sail ho me mateys
We'll head fer that distant shore
Fair winds and safe journey
Tarry not and we will find
what we came a'lookin for.
Tis treasure that we seek
and I have me pirate's map.
I'm not a takin' sides
Just looking for me gap.
I'm protected by the Kraken
that I stole from the Viking Ed
I plied him with some honey wine
and lured him to me bed.
And while he was a'sleepin'
I sang the Siren's song
and hypnotised that giant squid
so that he could tag along.
Now no'one dares to cross me
with the Kraken as me pet
Many have tried but none succeeded
so I'm undefeated yet.
I don't care about the island
or what will come of it
I only care about the treasure there
Ahoy! Let's sail while it's still lit.
I'm known as the Pirate Shanti
named after a pirate's song
I may be but a wench
but I'm fearless and I'm strong.
I'm the daughter of a Cap'n
known as Ed the Great
I had to avenge his blood
and so was cast me fate.
A pirate I became
and a pirate I'll remain
In search of booty
Tis but my duty
To be the winner of the game

Chanti

Oh and by the way, I'm the only one here actually qualified to wear the eye patch. ;)

There's a rumour going around that the Island has been devoured by great white sharks but I know better. It's purely a plot to divert the booty hunters.

I agree with karen, Chanti. This is very good, and romantic too. And always remember to be the victor in everything you do.

May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, joy to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), little sister, Barbie

The one-eyed wench did steel my pet
but that night with her I shan't forget
My leviathon did breach her keel
and purge her hull while she did squeal
I knew well before the start
that this wench alone
would steal my heart
Her course y'know that I'll be trakkin'
with signals from me trusty Karaken

Sail on, Cap'n Shanti, and to thine own self and your Name be true. Ye be fearless, ye be strong and ye be beautiful... gadzooks you be richer therefore than the rest of us put together already... But, if booty be your goal, you go fer it, gal. And never has an eye-patch looked so good... If you want booty, just you get out there and make it the latest fashion statement... You could, ya know. But I'd really rather have you back with both your good eyes seeing 20/20, to match your agile mind and the 24 carat of your shining soul. Be well, Chanti, and safe going. Love as always, Kate xx

Ahhhh me darlin temptress of the seven seas, I wondered when you would slip into the fracas and be not deterred for the want of treasue, with such a booty you already claim as yours I think the Ed's are truly doomed, now if ye reach agreement with Captain Fee who only wants to see the lassies and sample the delights of the Belly Isle, mayhap all well end with treasures for all...arrrr what say ye me sweet Shanti
