This house of mine was purchesed by the Lord
and so it's covered by his blood
Now the plan he laid it came well balanced
and can take me through any flood

This house was built under the Lord Jesus
name
the best carpenter that I know
And it's contract comes filled with promise's
and all of this I've read to be so

Therefore no sorrows or woes can enter in
he had put the keys in my hands
So that when the bad spirits come my way
it will loose and break the bands

Though sickness may come but it cannot stay
and no sadness can lay it's head
Nor worries can cling, I'll use my zing
(the word)
and tell each one you are dead

When the Lord came in and swept the place clean
that devil he will try to come back
and will keep on kocking at your doors heart
now this too is also a fact

But he can't enter in if you don't open the door
so to tie you up in a knot
Because you are free, and no longer on his spree
but is able to call each shot

The Lord paid a good price for this house
and he knew it was a good deal
Then made it possible for us to keep it up
and we do know that he is real

So no weapons can stand against this house
and if it tries it will go down
For it's being kept by the Lord of host
that made it strong and sound
