Send A Smile
Sit down and close your eyes
Sshh - say not one word
Listen - very carefully
Soon - 'quiet' can be heard
Think of a little girl or boy
In a country far away
Someone who has nothing
Who never gets to play
Then, send to that child
A smile - from you - today
Watch it travel through the sky
Yes, it will find its way
One day - you may need
Someone to smile or play
Remember - what you send
Will come back one day
Send a smile - send a smile
Make it bright as bright can be
Send it with this message
With
'Love to you from me'
